Returns

  • Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, returns are only accepted if the product is delivered damaged, expired, or incorrect.

  • To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Refunds

  • Once your return request is approved, you may choose between:

    1. A replacement product of equal value, or

    2. A refund issued through your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products.

  • Fresh fruits once delivered in good condition.

  • Items purchased during promotions or sales.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
